WHAT INDIVIDUAL COACHING ENTAILS
The Primal Regeneration Program is about YOU and achieving your health and well-being goals.
You are coached through your RECOVERY from the set back you have experienced in your health or fitness. All this is done in alignment with your physician’s recommendations; as a physician myself I understand the conventional approach to your recovery.
You are then guided through a RESET phase to implement a fresh nutritional and exercise paradigm aimed at inflammation reduction and improved vitality and fitness. The aim is to help YOU discover the best path to a NEW regenerated you.
The core program offered is a 12 week program. 12 weeks is how long it takes to see some rewarding LASTING habitual changes. If you feel you need more guidance , extending this to a 6 month period would be beneficial.
The KEY component is having your COACH there to discover the BARRIERS, help you find ways to BREAK them down and discover lasting habits for REGENERATION. The program includes nutritional and wellness resources and example workout ideas.

I am not a nutritionist and don’t offer specific nutrition plans. I do offer an example of an overall low carbohydrate , whole food approach to healthy living. My goal is to help you achieve the type of nutritional and exercise program you desire.
