Why Primal Regeneration?

Primal Regeneration is an ideology of how, as you get older, you can still thrive and be active outside. By combining an understanding of how our bodies have developed to function in our natural environment with current scientific evidence we are reimagining a longer active health span.

It is about focussing on being healthy and fit throughout your life and being able to participate in the outdoor activities you love for a lifetime.

We recognise that illness, injury, work stress, burnout , and living a busy professional life can leave you in a place where you don't want to be.

Primal Regeneration is about celebrating the stoke of being outdoors. It is also a journey for you to regenerate, become inspired , and reclaim the person you DO want to be.

It is a place to share stories, get invigorated , and discover ways to be in the best state you can to be able to ski, surf, hike , explore.

We offer on line coaching and individual health and fitness coaching .
